Review of Bratfilets Japanische Art - Taifun by saechsine
Tofu fillet marinated in Asian marinade. Prepared on the grill, the tofu is crispy on the outside but still nice and soft on the inside. The marinade could be stronger in flavour. All in all, a nice change. Organic.
