Review of Raspberry Caramel Dark Chocolate Bar - Sjaak’s Organic Chocolates by beckyyy

I ordered this bar from Vegan Essentials during a special in June. I’ve had a few chocolates from Sjaak’s previously and enjoyed them. Their chocolate is #ethicallysourced and this bar is #palmoilfree The wrapper is also #compostable

I love a chocolate raspberry combo and this bar didn’t disappoint. The raspberry flavor was subtle but I think that was good in this case as it didn’t overwhelm the caramel. The caramel was silky. The bar was dark but not bitter. The sugary caramel and the dark chocolate made a good pair so as to not make the bar too sweet in its entirety. A tasty treat that was gone too fast!
