I bought this snack (and 2 others) from Nūd Fūd’s booth at Toronto’s Planted Expo show in April. I think I paid $15 for the 3 packages.
This treat is absolutely delicious and it’s something different. And simple. It’s just dried banana pieces covered in cacao. Two ingredients; both organic. The pieces are soft and a spongy. Before sampling them at the show, I had expected them to be hard as the banana pieces are dried. I love the texture.
One serving of this snack provides 18% of your day’s fibre, 12% of your day’s potassium and 10% of your day’s iron. The sugar content is natural; no added sugar. It’s difficult to feel guilty eating this.
This snack is truly simple and nourishing, made from a couple natural ingredients. You can eat these guilt-free.
I have a couple coupons for future purchases; I have to find out where I can get them.
