Sliced avocado with Kalamata olive tapenade, roasted tomatoes and peppery rocket. Finished with whole-leaf basil and a sprinkling of roasted pine nuts. Oh my stars! I salivate when I think of this sandwich. It is my go-to lunch option when I’m out and about and need a quick stop. The bread is fantastic and the combination of ingredients is delicious!
