Review of Vegetarian Maggi Mee at Open Kitchen by Prata Alley by kismetcandle
This is a simple dish of maggi #instantnoodles with carrots, cabbage and coriander, topped with cucumber in tomato sauce. The #noodles were nicely done, firm, springy and flavoured with a delicious mix of herbs and #spices. I would have liked some added #protein such as #tofu or beans for a more balanced and nutritious meal. I also found the portion small for $5, and was hungry again after a few hours.
