This protein powder is not chalky or gritty and tastes yummy!! I like that the protein comes from a few different sources and not just pea protein which can be higher in heavy metals. Two scoops gives you 18 grams of protein. I add a scoop to my oatmeal almost every morning. Low fat, low sodium and 35% of your iron in a serving. LOVE the vanilla flavor’
