Wow #cassava leaves! And cooked in a #santan #curry, who would have thought 😯 The leaves were actually quite clumpy, so a bowl like this isn't necessarily great for sharing among many. The curry had a beautiful creamy flavour (thanks to the #coconutmilk, even if I do wish it were more spicy 😅) and I liked the texture of the whole thing 🙂
