Review of Vegan bagel at Espresso House by densky
I was honestly pleasantly surprised. The bun is a mix between a bao bun and a bagel, and it's green in colour (do we really need this - I don't know, but it is coming from spinach, so that's nice). It's quite a soft bun, with "Asian-inspired hummus" as they explain, and fresh and baked veggies. It's slightly spicy and really quite nice for a quick bite. I was very happy that I followed my appetite on this one even though I have never eaten at Espresso house before (I've just had their questionable tasting coffee...).
