Review of Amy's Enchilada with Spanish Rice & Beans - Amy’s by tatanka05

I was a little disappointed, I was so excited to try this dish but it had a strong taste of some spice that I just didn’t care for. I couldn’t figure out which spice because it just list spices instead specifically listing them. But it makes a pretty good lunch.
