Review of TOFU affumicato - Bio Natura by gingersaint
🇬🇧 Another round, another tofu!
Semi-firm texture, holds pretty well to the cut and drains a very little water.
I would say very similar to the smoked one from the Vemondo, which however wins on the economic side as it costs €1 for 180g, while this costs €2 for 250g, I honestly have no other differences to point out.

Consistenza semi-firm, tiene bene al taglio e scola poca acqua.
Direi molto molto simile all'affumicato della linea Vemondo, che però vince sul lato economico in quanto costa 1€ per 180g, mentre questo ne costa 2€ per 250g, non ho altre differenze da segnalare.
