Omg I should have deep-fried these #frozen #cutlets like the instructions said 😏 I baked them in the oven for 15 minutes at 160 degrees as suggested, and they came out still soft and mashy 😬 No crispy layer outside 🥺 The inside was pretty tasty though, whatever the #curryleaves did to the underlying #potato, #carrot, and #peas clearly worked 😉 There are 6 cutlets in a pack, so there shall be a next time 😊 (Oddly, they list this as 6 servings - is 1 puny piece like this anywhere remotely close to enough? 🙄)
