Fried this in some olive oil - came out stunning - just like an euthentic roti and is great to eat just like that! This time round I used it instead of my usual wraps - was very good. Definitely would pair well with a curry. Keep it frozen right up until you cook it otherwise it starts to go soft and become problematic
