Review of Vegan Peperoni at Purezza Manchester by merrymeredith

This pizza was almost perfect. ALMOST. The vegan pepperoni? Amazing. The dough? Soft and fluffy. The tomato sauce? Perfect. The cheese? Would have liked a bit more tbh. But it was the best damn vegan pizza I've had in a while.

So why wasn't it perfect?? I'm splitting hairs here, but my god it was MESSY to eat... The dough was cooked, but the slices were so floppy the toppings slipped off, so just as you were about to land this tasty specimen in your mouth, you get a chest full of delicious sauce. Noone likes premature sauce on their chest.

BUT it didn't put me off and I will 100% be going back to finish the job on another pizza.
