Review of Laksa Goreng at Gokul Vegetarian Restaurant by xinru-t
Rice noodles stir-fried with QQ tofu, konjac prawn and fishcake, shredded seitan char siew, and fried goose bits. Not the healthiest dish around and some of the toppings were slightly unconventional, but the dry laksa gravy was ridiculously tasty and convincing despite not containing shrimp paste! (Allium-free, $9.10)
