Review of Large Slices - Cathedral City by esmehart
I saw lots of hype about this cheese and so had to try it. It is very smelly, my whole fridge stunk for days. This may sound silly but even as a vegetarian I was never keen on just straight cheese I found it strong and overpowering and would have to have it in a meal. The smell is a little off putting but it tastes like the most accurate cheese yet. It slightly melted in a toastie so can imagine it melts pretty well on a burger in the oven. It was difficult to pull a whole slice up without it crumbling apart however if you do it carefully you can. But best cheese on crackers I’ve had in ages!

maiaceto omg I totally get the smell thing, now I'm vegan my fridge doesn't smell n when I see friends n they open theirs it feels like it stinks up the whole house 💀 glad to hear this one tastes n melts well though, always wanted a good cheese toastie!1 likeReply
