Review of Miso Udon Soup Noodles at The Plant Food by xinru-t
Japanese nama udon, tofu cubes, lotus root, shiitake mushroom, cabbage, and carrot in umami broth. Overall quite light and natural in taste (minimally seasoned), making this a comforting dish reminiscent of homecooked food! This is also the only soup dish in the menu. (Allium-free, $9.90)
