Review of Vegan Parmesan - Earth Grown by epwlandp
It really tastes nothing like Parmesan but it’s not a bad cheese substitute. It was nice on my pasta with olive oil, sautéed yellow and red grape tomatoes and fresh sautéed jalapeños.
