Review of Tomato Aliñado (tapas) at Restaurante Mamma Rossa by vegpledge

I didn’t think I’d enjoy this since I’m not a huge fan of #tomatoes, but I was pleasantly surprised by how tasty they were! The marinade gave the soft tomatoes a lovely, slightly salty flavour and reduced their sourness. I’ll definitely try to recreate this at home! This was part of their tapas menu.
