This is the most expensive flour I have ever ordered but after reading all about the nutritional benefits, I ordered some. I have only used it in waffles and quick bread and usually use part buckwheat flour and part traditional flour. It’s organic, gluten-free, non-gmo, and has high levels of immune active polyphenols plus other nutritional benefits. It was worth the price and I will probably get it again😊
