Review of Miso Udon Soup Noodles at The Plant Food by greenbovine

I’m usually quite worried with Miso that’s overly salty. But that’s not the case with this one. It’s nicely cooked with enough taste and Miso savory. Lots of vegetables especially lotus root and with some carrots, tofu and mushroom. Very filling and more than enough for 1 person.
