I like these. 6 nuggets and 1/3 of the sauce packet is one serving. The bbq sauce has a very strong bbq taste, so I only used a little bit. The nuggets by themselves are smaller, crusted well, have a good texture, and taste good. Has 17g of protein, 33g of carbs, and 9g of fat per serving. The sodium is high (890 mg / ser), but you don’t need that much sauce so I’m guessing it’s a lot lower if you use less sauce. Overall, it’s very good! Would buy again. And would recommend anyone to give these a try.
