Review of Organic Sprouted Tofu Extra Firm - Trader Joe's by allieforthesoul

This is my favorite tofu. This one has a light flavor so it absorbs the marinades that I make without the overwhelming tofu flavor.
I usually drain the block a little first, then slice it or cut in cubes. I marinade it for a little while and then cook it.
I make so many different dishes - tofu franchese, tofu stir fry, baked tofu, tofu fried cutlets…so many possibilities!
And as a breast cancer survivor, it’s important for me to choose organic soy. Trader Joe’s sells this in a package of 2 blocks for just $1.99. Excellent value!
