Review of coconut and mint chilli paste - les verges de labourdonnais by olicarolina
I added this beautiful paste - that came from Mauritius - to a fry up that I made completely dairy free and from the local market in Guildford. Absolutely delicious!
Fry red onions with olive oil until
brown, then add pak choi until soft, then the mushrooms. Finish off with chopped garlic and the paste! Yummy!
