Review of Iberian Ham - Inessence Golden crisps by thekindseed
In my opinion they don't exactly taste like ham.
By smelling them and tasting them you immediately understand that they replicate the flavour of some kind of meat but I wouldn't have guessed exactly which one.
They are very tasty and quite salty. They are not very greasy, in fact they are almost dry.
