Review of Falafel - Al wadi by bl

Although they didn't turn out as falafel balls, more like patties, they were so quick and easy to make and taste very good.
I served them on a bed of greens with fresh sweet corn and chimichurri sauce which worked well. (see next photo).
💰Around R60 at food lover's market, I purchased at 50% off. Two packets in the box. One packet can definitely serve two people.
