Review of Tempeh - The Tofoo Co. by alienwa

First time trying tempeh, can’t judge the brand
Only liked it marinated with soy sauce plus herbs and baked to make it crispy /crunchy
It reminds me of sausages consistency which i am not a fan anymore, but it absorbed all the good flavours i added
If it is eaten raw or pan heated, it reminds me of cheese
Generally it makes a good addition to sushi burrito or sandwiches
