This is another wonderful product from Aoraki Naturals. It definitely helps to ease any post-workout aches, and the divine smell is both soothing and invigorating - I know that sounds paradoxical, but it helps to clear my mind. It makes the bath water feel like silk too. You also get fabulous customer service from Lisa, who hand writes her thanks on your invoice. She also let me know that I'd accidentally ordered something with beeswax in it. Oh, and the bag is compostable as is all of their packaging.
