Review of Makeup melt - Bliss by ina-n

I bought Bliss makeup melt to tackle my waterproof mascara with a vegan makeup remover. It comes off pretty well, but requires some scrubbing. Bliss recommends to use their makeup melt wipes first before using the makeup melt jelly for waterproof makeup removal.
