Review of Chickpea tempeh - Tempehsa by simonel

I used this tempeh in a miso bean burger recipe I found on the Deliciously Ella app and it was really really good! Tempeh can be a bit pricey so this recipe was a really good way to stretch it to feed the whole family 😅
The texture of the tempeh is great and the fermented flavour isn't as overpowering as other tempeh I've tried.
Pack with all kinds of nutritional goodness 💪🏻
