Review of Chicken stock powder - Massel by lojo

This is the best vegan stock I've found. It's so versatile, and really adds a punch of flavour without tasting processed. Today I made Green Soup....basically any veggies lurking in the fridge (today is spinach, kale, Brussels, cabbage, cauli, celery, broccoli, onion, carrot, parsnip, sweet potato) plus a handful of yellow split peas, stock, a dollop of miso paste, garlic, bay leaves and lots of black pepper. Comfort food for a cold and wet day.
