Review of Organic Extra Firm Tofu - Nasoya by shizomaru
I forgot to take a pic before cooking it lol but oh well.
The taste is very nice :) it’s fluffy. It’s not extra firm at all though, not even after pressing it, it feels more like soft tofu. But it’s really good for cooking anyway.
I’d stick to another brand of extra firm tofu though, if i’m marinating it or if i wanted crispy tofu.
ESP: De sabor está muy rico. Simplemente no siento que sea lo firme suficiente, aunque sí está esponjosito. Igual quedó rico tras cocinarlo, aunque usaría otra marca si mi objetivo fuera cocinarlo crujiente o marinado.
