Review of Extra Firm Silken Tofu - Mori-Nu by jancox

This is nice tofu. This extra-firm is best. But needs marinating for longer to lick up flavour. Good to marinate all day, then take out and fry, then also cook in sauce. You can add mushrooms to marinade too.
