Review of Buffalo Cauliflower Wings - Wholly veggie by mynameislisa

Costco is now selling mega boxes of these frozen "wings" so you know I had to try them. They are panko-coated so they did get crispy in the oven but once I tossed them in the red sauce they softened up quite a bit. The buffalo sauce was included in the box but I dipped them in homemade tofu ranch dressing.

They were tasty and easy and made dinner feel a little like happy hour. Except without the cocktails and flirting, but whatever.
