Review of Chile Crunch - Chili Crunch by aqualing
I used this as chili oil for my bean curd liangpi dish🌶 The ingredients are simple without any preservative or artificial flavoring. They’re made in small batches and the vibrant color alone conveys good quality❤️
It has a Mexican root🇲🇽 yet so versatile for all sorts of cuisines. For me, it’s a great substitute of Chinese chili crunch/oil (I don’t have a vent in my kitchen so I try to avoid any smoky activities there, including making chili oil). It’s not quite as aromatic but sometimes that’s a good thing, making it more neutral and adaptable😉
