Now, this sounds so good that you would probably want to eat the whole package, but eating too many could be harmful. It’s recommended to eat 1-2 every day. I usually eat just one. You don't want to go overboard with selenium. Selenium really is an essential trace element that is vital for our immune system and cell growth, but the RDI for selenium is 55 mcg per day for adults and only one nut contains about 96 micrograms of it.
This packaging is practical if you choose to keep the nuts inside. The bag can be sealed. I keep them in a jar and I'm sad they’re not available to buy in bulk because this kind of packaging is thrown away in the end😕
