Review of Extra Firm Silken Tofu - Mori-Nu by veggietable

I’m sure there are loads of uses for Extra Firm Silken Tofu, but here’s a fun idea. I’ve recently been transforming mine into a plant-based fried “egg white.” Slice thin, fry in plant butter, and season with salt, pepper and Kala Namak (black salt). The black salt gives it that egg-like flavor. Add other seasonings if you like. It works with regular extra firm tofu also.
