Everyday i’m wafflin! (cue Party Rock Anthem!)🧇🕺🏻 I bought a waffle maker for the first time (£25 from Asda) and I have to say, that I underestimate myself at times as these turned out amazing! 👨🏽🍳 🌱💯
I went all-out with toppings for the waffles, including these delicious raspberries which I liked berry much! 😋
The recipe I used was from Alison Andrews who has an amazing website packed full with lots of recipes at lovingitvegan.com and this “classic vegan waffles” recipe just needed the following ingredients to make the batter:
- 1 and 1/4 cup (156g) All pupose flour - 2 tsp Baking Powder - 1/4 tsp Salt - 3 Tbsp Sugar - 1 and 1/4 Cup (300ml) Soy or other plant milk - 2 Tbsp Coconut Oil - 2 tsp Vanilla Extract

rikesh Haha thanks Kimi! I cranked up the colour when editing the pic to get the raspberries to ‘pop’ so they weren’t as yellow as they look! 😅 More than happy to make you a batch when you visit 🤗 🧇1 likeReply
