A staple in my pantry. I sprinkle them on everything, smoothies, breakfast porridges, homemade granola, hot cocoa, baking goods, etc etc. They add nice crunch, slight bitterness and an acidic contrast. Sometimes I just eat them out of the bag lol
#Cacao beans are high in antioxidants, minerals and fiber. They’re also anti-inflammatory and immune boosting. These are minimally processed through natural fermentation, to reduce anti-nutrient (phytic acid). They’re high quality, #fairtrade and reasonably priced.
