Review of Buffalo chicken sandwich at Ziggy's by amberly42

The crispness of the fake chicken was amazing. The sauce was tangy and flavorful, and the lettuce and pickles paired in a classic chicken sandwich way. Only downside was that the chicken had a slightly chalky texture and mouthfeel after chewing a bit.

All in all, really amazing vegan rendition of the classic Buffalo chicken sandwich.
