Review of Vegan Seitan Pepperoni - The BE-HIVE by soularflare
Was excited to try this vegan pepperoni today! Just as the package mentions, it has a slightly spicy flavor. I opted to try it on a pizza and some of the edges of the pepperoni’s did burn a bit. I wonder if there might be a better way to prepare them to prevent drying out in the oven.

soularflare Update: On leftover pizza that has been reheated (via air fryer), these are somehow more delicious and not as firm as when they came out of the oven! Reply
