Review of PCT Burger at nomVnom Bistro by waisum

Made a dripping mess eating this juicy grilled portobello burger but it was worth it. The cheese tasted like Daiya’s sliced cheddar (I can recognize the distinctive smell a mile away!) but it was nicely melted and blended well with the truffle mayo. Get this when you’re craving a burger but don’t feel like having a hefty patty. This was light but still left me feeling satisfied!
