I would definitely purchase this again.
I cooked this long and slow as advised with mushroom, onion, tomato purée, olive oil, garlic and some additional spices.
I also added some sweet corn.
I used this as a Bolognese dressing for spaghetti, seasoned with nooch and accompanied with a salad garnish.
The jackfruit was succulent with a great texture and it absorbed many flavours.
My partner enjoyed it too.
The price was great and the can was full.
