Review of Meat Free Almond katsu With tonkatsu Sauce at Ichiban Boshi (JEM) by emelty
Thought this looked good on the menu but it was pretty bad... the quorn meat was super dry and tasteless. The veggies were soggy. And even though I told the staff to remove sauces to make the dish vegan. They added it inside anyways. (Luckily they are in packets so could just return)
I was happy that ichiban offered a vegan option but would be nice if they improve this. The almond crust is nice at least.
