Review of Vegetable Ramen (Vegan Sub) at Underbelly North Park by whitnibble

You do have to sub for the vegan noodles to make it vegan. This is a half portion as I took it to go and split it! I also added the eggplant wrapped tofu. The vegan noodles are amazing, I couldn’t tell any difference from the original noodles! Love the bright green as well. I could taste just a touch of spice in the roasted veggies, all in all super tasty! 💚
