RAMEN IS LIFEEEEE! At Wagaya, they allow you to choose everything from spice level to noodle thickness, they even have a gluten free Konyaku noodle. You gotta tell them no egg though, they normally serve all the ramen with a huge hard boiled egg on top. But other than that it’s all good, the broth is so flavorful, they put garlic chips, like crispy minced garlics (get extra of those) corn, cabbage, kombu, and noodles.
