Review of Pizza Gourmet - Pureza by eatwithzara
I made cinnamon rolls with the pizza dough and they turned out fantastically! Very fluffy and the mix is incredibly easy to work with. No need to worry about temperature or proofing. Just a little kneading, use it how you want and then pop it in the oven.
The only way this could be better was if they had a whole wheat version
