I wouldn’t said I’d be using this as a shot *types whilst squeezing into mouth* but great to pop in oat, almond or soya milk, porridge or even on ice cream 🍫

+ 13 calories per teaspoon
+ No palm oil
+ High in fibre
+ No GMOs
+ Includes natural fruit extracts
+ Taste of mint is there

- Sickly after a while espcecially when put on ice cream
- Not great value for money, I purchased from Aldi for roughly £1.20 but Holland and Barrett sell for £2.99
