Review of Roasted Butternut Squash Tortillas at Wahaca Southampton by sivvy

Wahaca already has a great vegan menu but this new addition is a welcome one. Small tortillas with roasted squash, crunchy red cabbage, a creamy cashew nut and herb molé, citrus salsa and pumpkin seeds. Delicious. (And extra points to the restaurant for encouraging us to take home what we couldn’t eat at the time - great way to reduce food waste).
