Review of MCT Oil - California Gold Nutrition by herbimetal

This is supposed to be very healthy and full of good fats. But it doesn’t really have a taste so it doesn’t give me an incentive to add it to food like olive oil. Good this is suitable for cooking and baking though and I can cook food in a healthy oil. I still much prefer olive oil over this.
