Review of Salad (Veganized) at Coco Ichibanya by herbimetal

This small salad 🥗 was part of the set that came with miso soup 🥣 , $3.90 in total. It’s simply fresh veggies. They replaced the dressing with soy sauce since the dressing isn’t vegan. I think I would appreciate this without sauce; something fresh to complement the savory dishes.
